您好。我使用的芯片是TMS320F28388DZWTS，设计了电路板，第一块板子可以正常运行，程序可以正常下载，数据可以正常出现。

（不过，存在一个问题：给电路板供电的电源是4.9V，但是连接到我设计的电路板上，测量电路板的电压是4.3v）

除此之外，同样的设计，同样的厂家制作。另一块电路板，在下载程序的时候，就出现了上面图片中的问题。一般来说，这种错误代码：表示什么含义呢？

    另外，你的4.9V电源应该是给降压芯片供电的？实际供电到芯片的电压是多少？

    对，供电到DSP芯片的电压是3.3V和1.2V

    4.9V是给降压芯片TPS62420DRCR供电的。

    上面的连接状态，是报错板子的链接状态

    我这边，最后，换了一个供电电源，然后用HARTING接口牢靠供电后（之前，用的夹子，夹在了排针上供的电）。

    上面这个问题，不存在了。

    现在做的4块板子，都是可以正常运行了。
