请问串口计算波特率时，lab13b例程中的内部时钟是10M，PLL倍频到90M；那么计算串口波特率LSPCLK应该取多少呢？
这个低速外设时钟的值具体还要看LOSPCP.LSPCLK位的设置，详细的请看芯片TRM的1.4.1.2 Configuring the Low-Speed Peripheral Clock Prescaler：

LOSPCP.LSPCLK=000;即例程中配置的是sysclkout/1；那么关键我想直到datasheet中描述的sysclkout应该是取内部时钟源10M进行计算，还是取PLL倍频后的90M的CPU时钟进行计算呢。
系统时钟肯定是倍频分频之后的值，也就是90mHz
