GPIO18, GPIO19 默认就是GPIO功能，所以你不用配置它，它就已经是GPIO功能了，如果要作为XCLK输入输出，才需要通过MUX寄存器进行配置。
外部晶振比内部竞争更高，内部晶振在经过软件校准后有1%的误差。
