TXFFINT_CLR置1是为了清除发送FIFO中断标志位，而TXFFST用于定义FIFO中随时可用的字数。
简单来说，TXFFINT_CLR表示有没有FIFO中断发生，一个表示FIFO中有多少字数

TXFFINT_CLR是清除TXFFINT Flag的，既然清除了，怎么还会进入中断呢？
TXFFINT Flag表示TXFIFO中断已经发生，即FIFO中的数据已经发送。发送之后TXFFINT_CLR将flag位清0等待下次发送事件
