购买的TI 28335 Control Card，自制的底板，合众达XDS510PLUS，CCS版本4.1.2. 原本正常工作了一个多月，突然无法连接，报错

Fatal Error during: OCS,
Device driver: Problem with the Emulation Controller.
It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each
target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.
芯片发热量大。
已经有3块出现这类问题，最诡异的还有一块烧写到flash里的程序还能正常运行，还在正常输出，但是却无法与仿真器连接。我想知道可能会是什么原因造成的，另外现在controlcard已经过了保修期，已经不能refund，不知道有什么渠道可以修理吗？
