看了官方手册上面提到CPU有三种频率60MZ，50MHZ，40MHZ 请教一下TMS320F28021是否能运行到60M和50M两种频率？

还有能否配置成其他频率？如10MHZ*2/2=10MHZ即详细设置如下

PLLCR[DIV] Value   PLLSTS[DIVSEL] = 2

  0010                            (OSCCLK * 2)/2

CPU时钟配置成10MHZ会有什么影响？谢谢！
