可以只用syscfg配置clb内部逻辑，CLB的输入及输出由自己通过写代码定义
但是配置后输出没有信号
另外一个配置用的都是syscfg输出信号正确，请问是什么原因？
这点我认为，一方面要看你在CLB tool中配置的是否正确，另一方面还有代码写的是否正确。
不知道你是基于什么原因这样分两部操作？
