在开发板上运行例程SCIB没问题，收发都可以，换自己画的板子，引脚和开发板一样，串口发没问题，却收不到，信号已经送到DSP引脚了呀，为什么收不到呢？求解～

例程是一模一样的吗？有没有使能RX接收功能，GPIO引脚有没配置为Rx功能，以及注意寄存器的EALLOW保护限制等。
