下图中黄线为VDDIO，绿线为XRSn
按照对BOR的理解，When the VDDIO voltage drops below the BOR threshold, the device is forced into reset, and XRSn is pulled low. XRSn will remain in reset until the voltage returns to the operational range.
只有恢复到operational range，否则应该一直就是remain in reset ，如果是这样的话就不应该打嗝，实测出现打嗝，能不能帮忙分析一下，多谢
