但是没看到解决方案；

连接测试成功的话正常应该是可以连上芯片的，有试过拉低复位引脚后再在debug模式下连接芯片了吗？

另外，可以试一下把boot引脚改成wait模式的再连接

你是指保持复位引脚为低的情况下，再点击Connect Target ?

是的，如果是软件问题造成的无法连接的话，用这个方法一般是可以连接上的。另外注意boot模式最好改成wait模式
