F2812的外扩RAM可以最多可以有多大？

F2812的内部数据地址线的位数为32位，也就是最大寻址空间为4G，但是实际中采用了分页机制，寻址空间变为了4M。如果我现在想使寻址变为4G，是不是就要改变F2812的分页机制？这个可以不可以改变？再就是F2812外扩在正常情况下为512k+512k+16k+8k+8k，也就是外扩不会超过2M如果我现在想使外扩达到200M可能吗？
