TMS320F280049C can_ex4_loopback_dma.c 为什么要将DAMactive 这个位置1，它是一个状态位，不置1，还会触发DAM？
这个位是dmaRequest，不是DMAactive。如果设置为True，则dmaRequest会在传输后断言DMA请求行。
dmaRequest 操作的就是DMAactive这个位啊！如果设置未True,就是将DAMactive设置为1.断言是什么意思？
