请问F2812内部的flash是nor flash还是NAND flash？NOR Flash的数据写入的速度是多少，写1M数据要多少时间？
再就是如果外扩flash的话，选择nor flash 还是nand flash好一些呢?
是nor flash。
写入速度由XINTF设置而定，在150MHZ的XCLOUT下，设置lead，active,trail 为1，2，0时，写入速度为37.5MHZ
