如何使用OTP功能，是应该对某些寄存器进行配置，还是说是应该对CMD文件进行配置呢？
主要是对寄存器进行配置，另外在CCS中也可以修改OTP寄存器，应该在连接芯片后debug界面下tools工具中有OTP的操作工具（我这边没办法连接芯片测试，不能正确定位，你可以自己找一下）。
cmd文件一般不需要特别配置。
