你好，从报错来看这是一个硬件问题。
你的板子是第一次使用还是之前正常使用突然无法下载程序了？是否有更换过其他JTAG测试能否下载程序？
以及有其他信息的话可以更新给我。
之前正常使用，突然无法下载程序了，应该是线材接触不良，现已解决，感谢回复！
