请教专家！！！！我用的是F28069的芯片，connect芯片时候出现下面这种问题。仿真器器不能连接芯片，可能被锁。
我知道芯片被锁后不能下载程序。我想了解一般正常被锁的芯片，还能不能连接仿真器，能不能reset，还有除了加密，其它还有什么操作芯片可能被锁。
