我想请教一下关于DSP28069进行AD采样时，如果采用外部基准参考电压3.3V 是不是比选用内部参考电压进行采样时 精度要准确一点？选择外部基准参考电压与内部基准参考电压 除了电压上的不同外 还有什么区别？另外28069芯片现在是否已经量产了？

采用外部参考电压会比内部参考电压的精度高一点，当然，你要保证外部参考电压的精准。
选用外部参考电压跟内部参考电压的使用差不多是一样的，具体电气参数见datasheet的 5.10节。
28069已经量产。
