建立了一个例程，即安装ccs4后自带的stairstep.c为基础的工程，使用的是软仿真，但是发现PRD中建立的两个函数loadprd和stepprd从来没有运行过。工程中PRD设置的是use CLK manager to drive prd ,这个设置是否有问题？会对两个函数运行影响吗
