F25M35电源的1.8V和1.2V可以用片内提供的吗，还是需要外部提供，用片内电源会不会有发热量过大的问题？

可以使用片内供电，只要将VREG12EN,，和VREG18EN引脚拉低，就可以使用片内调压器。TI这么设计芯片，就肯定会解决掉散热原因，目前没听说过有用片内电源而导致散热问题的。
