TMS320F28069: 【CCS8.3相关】仿真器连接不上

芯片：TMS320F28069

平台：ccs8.3

仿真器：XDS100V3

问题：仿真器连接测试时没有测试报告，且无法仿真

已做测试：

    1、在其他同款电脑上用此硬件可以正常连接仿真器；

    2、此电脑卸载重装CC8.3后连接仿真器也不成功；

    3、电脑设备管理处能看到设备已正常连接，使用uniflash也可以正常进行程序烧录。
