DSP28035用串口烧写程序 是否可行？

通过串口SCI(GPIO28\GPIO29) 烧写程序，结果没有响应，发现程序下载不进去。用的是C2Prog V1.5  的下载软件，不知是否可行？

希望得到高手的建议。谢谢！
