请问F28M35可以设置PHYAddress吗，手册里好像只能设置RegisterAddress，不能设置PHYAddress。我现在接了一个RTL8201的PHY芯片，PHYAddress不能为0，怎么办？
物理地址一般是不能改的吧，只能改MAC地址。
