1.整个手册没看到AIO设置上拉描述
当AIO不带外部上拉的时候能否正确检测外部输入的是高电平还是低电平？
但AIO作为输出脚驱动外部输出的时候不带外部上拉能否输出高电平？
AIO作为普通IO口的功能与GPIO是一样的，所以
1、可以检测
2、能输出
