什么原因造成2808在仿真运行和独立运行时的时钟不一样？

设置波特率为38400，奇校验，八位数据位，一位停止位，将程序写入flash后，仿真运行run正常。但是断开仿真器，dsp上电独立运行时波特率变成了19200，程序中的定时功能也变慢了一倍，似乎是dsp的时钟运行频率降低了，是什么原因呢？困惑中。
