CCS5.2能不能模拟运行28069的程序？就是不接仿真器有在CCS上运行程序，查看寄存器和变量的内容
不可以，进入调试界面没有问题，但运行不起来，自然也看不到寄存器和变量的内容。
CCS倒是支持simulator的功能，不过非常有限，且相关文档几乎没有，TI以后也不会再支持这个功能，所以建议还是不要使用，而去使用芯片和开发板测试。
