TMS320F280049C: flash下载失败后，再次下载程序会卡死在CPUTimer_getTimerOverflowStatus

原本程序下载到RAM里面，可以正常运作，后来选择下载到flash，结果下载过程中出了点问题，现在无论是flash还是ram下载都能下载成功，但是不运作，DEBUG下卡死在CPUTimer_getTimerOverflowStatus函数。不知道这个是什么情况。
