那我把VDDA跟REFHI接一起，，使用1117供电，用电子外用表测是3.314v，REFLO跟VSSA接一起接地，这样会对AD的采样值有影响吗？

在数据手册上有说明，VDDA 的供电范围是 2.97~3.63V，VSSA 是 0V，所以这种接法应该没有问题！
