TMS320F280049: 工程器件更改问题，替换器件时出错

如上图所示，1处显示工程使能了sysconfig如果要更换器件需要在sysconfig中操作，所以打开.sysconfig文件后，点击如图2处更换器件，后报错如图3处，这是为啥，说是cannot read property 'device' of undefined,请问是什么问题，有点看不懂，有什么解决办法
