使用XINTF扩展外设，比如EEPROM，或FPGA等，将地址线和数据线一一对应连接起来，以及片选信号，读写信号。
在TMS320x2833x, 2823x DSC External Interface (XINTF) reference guide都有连接例子，可以借鉴。
将对应的接线连接上之后，就可以直接通过地址访问外部单元。
