有两个建议，
1，检查一下Bootloader是否设置正确
2，下载TI提供的其他例程看是否能够工作

用CCS下载完程序后，设置断点在code start处，reset CPU > run, 如果不能够到达断点，表示boot 引脚设置不对。
如果能够到达断点，则单步看在哪里跑飞。
