是用来对GPIO输入信号进行数字滤波的。比如设置为3，则需要3个系统时钟都检测为同一种电平的时候，才确定电平。可以滤除毛刺。

谢谢你的回答，我还想具体问一下，如果设置为3，是从第三个系统时钟开始检测，还是从一开始就开始检测，连续3个时钟周期都为同一电平，然后确定电平？
如果设置跟系统时钟sync同步的话，那是跟系统时钟同步的，3个相同的输入就可以确定电平。
