TMDSCNCD280049C: 使用ram.cmd可以运行，使用flash.cmd不能运行

    我用一开始用280049的开发板运行官方例程cla_ex4_pwm_control, ram.cmd和flash.cmd都没问题，然后我在这个例程的基础上设计了一个开关电源的控制程序，刚开始的时候用ram 和flash也都没问题。随着程序的不断修改，前几天突然发现只能在ram.cmd仿真运行，flash.cmd烧写没问题，但是点绿色三角形运行的时候，闪一下三角形又恢复绿色。提示7625 ESTOP0。然后我又运行官方例程cla_ex4_pwm_control，也是只能在ram.cmd仿真运行,flash.cmd烧写后也是同样的问题。是不是硬件出什么问题了？
