芯片使用的是28027程序调试好以后往芯片的FLASH里烧写程序的时候会出现错误提示：Flash API Error #1:Unknow error during Flash operation.左下角也会出现HALTED:s/w breakpoint的提示，按网友提示的reset cpu 以后还是不行，
