在新建工程的时候，不要选择生成.out, 选择生成.lib后改变宏定义值，lib中值无法改变
在新建工程的时候，生成.lib后改变宏定义值，lib中值无法改变。原因是这种方式，是将编译后的Obj文件打包，obj在预编译过程中已经将宏定义的值替换，因此外部宏定义改变，lib内的值不会改变。而TMS320F2803x的高精度PWM库函数可以做到，请问是怎么做到的？？
