最近在调试TI dsp 28027,出现一个问题:焊上去的28027连接不到仿真器,显示error 1041.请问是怎么回事?没发现虚焊和粘连的情况.
请按照F28027的数据手册第6章Emualtor部分的说明进行JTAG的设计，同时保证电源稳定(输入电源及电源引脚上的电容确保都有)，另外可以更换仿真器试试。
