请问CCS3.3进行Flash调试的详细步骤，参考文件上是这么说的，

The only step needed to program from the Flash is to select ：

File →Load Symbols→Load Symbols
Only and ：
select the .out file that was programmed to the Flash.
可是详细该如何执行还是不甚清楚，请指教！！
