xp系统，XDS100V1。一直在CCS4.2下仿真调试，由于每次连接仿真器、下载代码很慢（下载到flash中），因此将项目文件迁移到CCS3.3中去仿真，编译都没有问题，下载代码有时可以进行，也可以运行，但是有如下提示，有时候直接跳出错误提示窗口，不能完成下载代码

Breakpoint Manager: Retrying with a Legacy Hardware breakpoint
已确认在CCS4.2和CCS3.3下的源文件都是一样的，没有改变，仿真器、目标板也都是同一套，电脑也是同一台。试过在CCS4.2下擦除flash，但是也没用。
