楼主目标配置是否正确？
launchPAD跳线是否有接上？
配置正确~拨码和跳帽都在正确的位置~是否和操作系统的版本有关系呢？ccs5在win8上面可以正常工作么？
请问该如何解决呢？
目标文件建立了吗？即在File->new->target configuration file 中建立后缀为ccxml的文件，并选择F28027为目标，仿真器为XDS100V2，保存并测试，能联通之后再debug.谢谢！
