（1）DSPBIOS 在配置的时候为什么没有 reset起始地址3fffc0和vector 起始地址为3fffc2 的配置。 是不用吗？
（2）DSPBIOS 要想烧写在FLASH里运行，需要 设置成从FLASH启动么（通过外部4管脚配置）？
(1) 在BIOS的配置中自动完成了，不需要。
(2) 这是必须的。
