软件CCS4，我在工程里面添加了SRAM.cmd，程序能下载到RAM里面运行。然后我去掉了SRAM.cmd，添加Flash.cmd文件，程序能下载到板子里面，但是掉电后数据丢失了，芯片是TMS320F2812，仿真器是XDS100-V2，求指教是怎么回事。装载的都是.out文件

你怎么确定芯片掉电后数据是丢失的呢？
有可能是你没有配置好程序引导到flash中：
1.工程中是否有添加code start 的源文件；
2. GPIOF4有没有为高电平，这样才能够引导到flash中，默认内部上拉使能。
