F2801的烧写问题

专家您好：

我用的是F2801。因为板子是新焊的，发现能连上CCS，但是就是烧不尽。

点Erase擦除flash的时候，CCS就死了，然后烧写进度条一直没有，感觉就是卡死在烧写FLASH的时候了。

不知何原因？？？

JTAG仿真引脚都查过，连接练好，上下拉电阻也是OK的。
