motorware proj_lab02b工程参数估算完成

使用28069F运行proj_lab02b运行完参数估算后，再次使能ctrl模块，通过CTRL_setSpd_ref_krpm设置转速，发现转速根本不变化，无论输入多大的转速，转速一点都不变化。参数估算已经成功完成，为什么更改速度不变化呢。另外电机的真实转速120rpm约2hZ的转速，但是估算出来的才60RPM左右，误差好大，是什么原因？
