现在我是想利用50us的定时器来触发AD中断，进行调制波的计算，然后更新EPWM的比较器，但是存在一个问题，就是epwm开始计数和定时器的中断开始的点不是同一个？请问这个问题怎么解决？谢谢了！
你的pwm也是50us一个周期的吧，用PWM触发AD就可以了。

正如楼上说的使用EPWM来SOC ADC就行了
通过设置ADCSOCxCTL的TRIGSEL位实现。
