我的F28M35H52C1电源电压都对，复位管脚在不接仿真器时为2.615V,只要已接上仿真器就变为0.061V，请问这可能是什么原因？

复位电路没有什么问题。
需要检查一下JTAG引脚是否都有接对，另外当连上仿真器的时候，是不是不能连接芯片？
