我在向28335里下程序时，点击debug出现了错误提示“Device may be operating in low-power mode. Reset the device, and retry the operation，If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). “检查了CLKOUT有3.7M的方波，电源也正常，不知道是什么原因造成的？
