F28335的epwm模块

同一段代码，在epwm1、epwm4、epwm5可以正常输出pwm波，其他三个模块（epwm2、epwm3、epmw6）不能正常运行，ccs暂停了看到这三个模块（epwm2、epwm3、epwm6）的寄存器的值都没修改成功都是0x0000。请问这是什么问题，是28335坏了吗？
