在合乎数据手册操作的情况下使用，F28069发热不严重，TMS320F28069PZ 工作范围在 -40 to 125。
芯片发热和很多原因有关，和应用相关，和MCU模块资源使用情况，以及供电系统相关。
如果发热大，
硬件部分请楼主检查电源供电部分，1.8V周围的2.2uf的电容。
软件部分请楼主关闭不用的外设的时钟。
