ADC采样与实际示波器测值偏低，测量基准电压稳定，VREFHI=3V
如图是电压值，电压值越大误差也越大，单独用ADC采基准电压是准的误差小；
ADC寄存器配置有问题吗？这个跟采集电压纹波或者噪声有关系吗？有没有什么寄存器调试？
你用的是例程吗？还是自己的程序？
