请问这些引脚的作用？接的电容要求很高呢？如果自己飞线接电容是否会导致采样完全失真？
我这边飞线接的上述三个引脚，结果ADC的采样值最高只能到200，无法到4095。

200多，好像有点差距太大了，这些引脚都要求接的是Low ESR的Capacitor。

这些信息在手册中都有。ADCRESEXT要接电阻，其他两个引脚接无极性陶瓷电容。
