我做了一个延迟函数。用ccs中的clock观察始终周期数不准确，这是怎么回事

你应该把延时函数贴上来，我们才能够给你找出问题。
但是建议你直接使用controlSUITE中的DELAY_US函数。原理其实就是在RAM中跑一些指令，一条指令在RAM中运行的时间是确定的。

如果用28335中的DELAY函数，延迟时间是多少啊
楼主需要用Delay_us()，添加Delay_us.asm，另外一定将其copy到RAM中执行。
这样会准确很多，当然用clock monitor的时候，有可能是前后有些差别，是暂停等原因引起的，但差别应该不大
